Daniel Kerr stays one more night in Jail!

31-year-old former Australian footballer and One-time West Coast Eagles winner Daniel Kerr might spend a second night at the back of bars if he cannot come up with $5000 security by 5pm on Thursday 13th November 2014.
A division of Corrective Services spokesperson told Kerr was still in arrest and had not lifted bail as at 2.30pm. Prisoners approved for payment can be free after 5pm in outstanding conditions, he told.
A Perth Magistrate approved Kerr bail on Wednesday 12th November 2014, under a number of terms and conditions, together with a 12-hour a day (7pm to 7am) veto. But Daniel Kerr is still to secure a relation or friend to assure the money and sogn on bail papers would be paid if he unsuccessful to meet his security terms and conditions.
The causes behind Kerr's incapability to safe the surety stay unclear. Daniel Kerr was charged as soon as a suspected clash in the Perth town of Glendalough on Tuesday 11th November 2014 at 11pm AWST.
